Senior Product Designer - Remote

Hostaway is seeking a Senior Product Designer who thrives in owning the full design process—from discovery to delivery. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping intuitive, impactful, and scalable experiences across web and mobile.

In Short

• Lead End-to-End design work, driving the full design process from user research, discovery, ideation, and concept development to interaction design, UI design, testing, and implementation.
• Use qualitative and quantitative research methods to uncover user pain points and validate hypotheses.
• Translate complex product and user requirements into thoughtful, elegant solutions.
• Craft high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes.
• Work closely with product managers, engineers, marketers, and other stakeholders.
• Standardize and scale our UI across platforms by contributing to and evolving our design system.
• Advocate for the user and design best practices across the organization.
• Design for web and mobile (iOS/Android).
• Share knowledge, give and receive constructive feedback.
• Keep up with the latest tools, trends, and techniques in UX and UI.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably with a focus on SaaS products.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Demonstrable experience in designing for B2B, B2C, and B2B2C products.
• Proficiency in Figma.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Ability to create high-fidelity designs and prototypes.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with usability testing and user research methods.
• Ability to propose and lead ideation sessions.
• Strong organizational skills.
