Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7 years of talent attraction experience, with 2 years in a lead role.
• Experience in sourcing strategies for manufacturing or engineering talent preferred.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Keen attention to detail.
