We're seeking an experienced Senior Backend Software Engineer to join our growing team and take ownership of building out our APIs and AI agents.

In Short

Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend architecture to support AI automation-driven workflows.
Build efficient, reusable, and secure APIs (RESTful) to integrate frontend applications and AI-driven services.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including frontend engineers and AI/ML experts, to implement server-driven logic.
Champion backend development best practices, including CI/CD, logging, and monitoring.
Stay ahead of backend technology trends to ensure our systems remain cutting-edge.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve backend issues to maintain reliable and performant systems.

Requirements

Extensive experience in backend development using Django or similar frameworks at scale.
Experience building AI agents using Langgraph (Langchain) or similar frameworks
A proactive mindset with a bias for action—someone who takes initiative, solves problems, and delivers results.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
Bonus: Startup experience or experience working with small businesses
