In Short

  • Qualify and convert inbound leads from various sources.
  • Become an expert in LMS and Talent Development.
  • Identify and add target contacts to outbound prospecting campaigns.
  • Execute tasks against outbound prospecting campaigns.
  • Drive prospects to attend webinars and live events.
  • Maintain accurate data in Salesforce.com.
  • Schedule meetings for Account Executives with qualified prospects.
  • Execute micro-campaigns in assigned territories.
  • Exceed daily activity targets.
  • Exceed monthly goals for sales accepted opportunities created.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills.
  • Experience in sales or business development.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using LinkedIn for sales prospecting.
