Senior PMO - Remote

Overview

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Senior PMO to drive operational excellence and efficiency within our account. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless financial and process management, enhancing profitability, and fostering alignment across teams.

In Short

• Develop and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in account operations.
• Maintain, update, and share account profitability reports.
• Ensure proper time tracking hygiene.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for high-level operational questions.
• Act as the link between the account team and the finance department.
• Support and manage external communications related to operations and finance.
• Oversee and optimize the management of media budgets.
• Manage and mentor Jr. PMOs.

Requirements

• Experienced in operations and financial management.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in financial reporting and time tracking systems.
• Effective communicator who can liaise between teams and stakeholders.
• Proactive leader capable of driving efficiency.
