PayPay is seeking a Senior PMO to lead the next generation PMO team, driving project and portfolio management and enhancing organizational project management capabilities to achieve corporate goals.
In Short
Lead initiatives to improve project management efficiency.
Manage strategically important programs and projects.
Develop and implement new rules and processes.
Define appropriate rules and processes in case of ambiguities.
Manage and support quarterly product roadmap planning.
Provide regular progress reports to management.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of PMO or project/portfolio management experience.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Mathematics, or equivalent.
Ability to solve complex problems logically and systematically.
Practical knowledge of project management tools like Microsoft Project and JIRA.
Business-level English and native-level Japanese proficiency.
