Senior PMO - Remote

Overview

PayPay is seeking a Senior PMO to lead the next generation PMO team, driving project and portfolio management and enhancing organizational project management capabilities to achieve corporate goals.

In Short

• Lead initiatives to improve project management efficiency.
• Manage strategically important programs and projects.
• Develop and implement new rules and processes.
• Define appropriate rules and processes in case of ambiguities.
• Manage and support quarterly product roadmap planning.
• Provide regular progress reports to management.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of PMO or project/portfolio management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Mathematics, or equivalent.
• Ability to solve complex problems logically and systematically.
• Practical knowledge of project management tools like Microsoft Project and JIRA.
• Business-level English and native-level Japanese proficiency.
