We’re looking for a high-energy, creatively obsessed Video Editor + Content Producer who’s ready to build a global podcast audience and bring high-impact video content to life across all our brands.

In Short

• Remote position with occasional travel to the U.S. and internationally.

• Responsible for the entire lifecycle of podcast and video production.
• Record and edit podcast episodes and create engaging video content.
• Drive towards the goal of 50K+ combined followers/subscribers.
• Use AI tools to streamline production and stay ahead of trends.

• At least 2 years of relevant editing experience required.
• Fluency in major editing software and social media platforms.

Requirements

• At least 2 years editing podcast, YouTube, or social video content.
• A sharp eye for pacing, hooks, retention, and thumbnails.
• Fluency in Descript, Premiere Pro, CapCut, After Effects, Canva, or equivalent.
• Experience posting natively across major platforms.
• Bonus points for experience with AI editors and avatar tools.
• Experience in a startup, creator brand, agency, or B2B environment.
• Excellent English communication skills.
