Requirements

At least 2 years editing podcast, YouTube, or social video content.
A sharp eye for pacing, hooks, retention, and thumbnails.
Fluency in Descript, Premiere Pro, CapCut, After Effects, Canva, or equivalent.
Experience posting natively across major platforms.
Bonus points for experience with AI editors and avatar tools.
Experience in a startup or B2B environment.
Excellent English communication skills.
