The EOS Virtual Assistant role is designed to support a Professional EOS Implementer by managing operational, logistical, and CRM tasks, enabling them to focus on implementing EOS with leadership teams.

• Full-time remote position supporting an EOS Implementer
• Compensation of $1,250/month for the first 90 days, increasing to $1,500/month after review

Requirements

• Prior experience supporting a coach, consultant, or professional services business
• Hands-on experience managing a CRM daily
• Comfort with outbound business development tasks
• Experience in coordinating meetings, events, or travel logistics
• Availability for 40+ hours per week
• Strong written and spoken English
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
