Overview

The Employee Success Coordinator will assist in recruiting, developing, and ensuring the success of our most important resource—our teammates. They will help with the whole recruitment, interview, and onboarding process to ensure our future Scalers have a memorable hiring and onboarding experience.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in employee engagement or HR.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in HR software and engagement platforms.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret engagement data.
