Product Manager - Autonomous Infrastructure Management - Remote

Overview

As a Product Manager at Scale Computing, you will oversee the innovation in our KVM-based hypervisor, managing the product's lifecycle and ensuring exceptional value delivery to customers.

In Short

• Develop and own the product roadmap for the HyperCore hypervisor.
• Conduct competitive analysis and gather customer feedback.
• Define, prioritize, and communicate product features to the engineering team.
• Work closely with engineering and quality teams for timely delivery.
• Coordinate across different engineering teams for product enhancements.
• Interface directly with customers to gather feedback and understand challenges.
• Manage the full product lifecycle from ideation to execution.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies and product management tools.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills are essential.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% is required.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Manager in virtualization technologies.
• Strong understanding of KVM and other virtualization technologies.
• Solid knowledge of infrastructure technologies, especially private cloud.
• Experience with agile methodologies and product management tools.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to analyze complex concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and innovation delivery.
• Strong business acumen and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage projects and ticketing systems.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant fields is preferred.
