Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in B2B customer support, ideally in SaaS
• Strong technical knowledge with customer support systems (preferably Intercom)
• Experience with omni-channel support
• Familiarity with reselling or e-commerce is a plus
• Proficiency with Slack for team communication
• Ability to manage high-volume inquiries effectively
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Proactive and self-motivated with attention to detail
• Experience in a startup environment is a plus
