Scale Army is seeking a strategic and business-savvy Sales Engineer to enhance client relationships and ensure success from the first interaction. The role involves onboarding clients, identifying upsell opportunities, and maintaining ongoing engagement to meet client needs.

In Short

• Facilitate smooth onboarding of new clients.

Requirements

• 3-5 years in customer success or account management.

• Familiarity with CRM and project management tools.
• Proactive, self-starter with a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to communicate quickly.
