Data Solutions Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Data Solutions Analyst will ensure successful customer implementations by onboarding new clients, building data models and dashboards, and helping customers extract meaningful value from the platform.

In Short

• Onboard new customers by connecting data sources and building initial data models.
• Stand-up dashboards and reporting frameworks.
• Ensure customers are successfully using and trusting the platform.
• Write and maintain clean SQL models within the platform’s data layer.
• Maintain standardized documentation for data models and reporting structures.
• Build dashboards and reports that customers actively use.
• Respond to customer questions via Slack and calls.
• Surface recurring issues and contribute insights to product and engineering teams.
• Work closely with customers while influencing product direction.
• Adapt to evolving product environments.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, data roles, or technical customer-facing positions.
• Strong SQL proficiency, including the ability to write and debug queries independently.
• Ability to build data models and dashboards.
• Comfort working directly with customers in Slack and live calls.
• Strong organizational skills and persistence in gathering requirements.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset.
• Interest in AI-native products.
• Adaptability and resourcefulness in evolving product environments.
