Overview

We’re Scale Army, and we’re looking for a strategic, business-savvy Client Success Representative who can help us elevate our client relationships to the next level.

In Short

• Facilitate smooth onboarding of new clients.
• Categorize clients based on business needs.
• Identify upsell opportunities for existing clients.
• Regularly check in with clients to address issues.
• Engage in high-level business discussions.
• Attend ad-hoc meetings for client requests.
• Schedule monthly Kick-Off Calls and Upsell Roadmaps.

Requirements

• 3-5 years in customer success or account management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong understanding of business operations.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with CRM and project management tools.
• Proactive, self-starter with a customer-first mindset.
