• Guide customers through exploring the GovSignals platform.
• Conduct onboarding sessions to ensure successful adoption.
• Act as the main point of contact during the onboarding process.
• Develop structured onboarding processes and materials.
• Collaborate with sales and product teams for seamless customer experiences.
• Assist in creating instructional materials and workshops.
• Leverage understanding of government processes for customer integration.
• Maintain customer engagement and identify upsell opportunities.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in government contracting with proposal writing experience.
• Strong understanding of government RFP processes.
• Experience in instructional roles with clear communication skills.
• Sales experience with customer engagement ability.
• Structured and detail-oriented, able to manage projects.
• Outgoing and personable, comfortable with diverse teams.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Benefits

• $60,000 - $70,000 Base plus 3.5% Commission.
• Up to $140,000 OTE with a minimum expected of $110,000/year.
