The Legal Manager will provide legal support across the company’s global ad tech operations, ensuring compliance and navigating complex legal matters.

Draft, review, and negotiate various agreements
Support product, marketing, and commercial teams with legal inquiries
Collaborate with external counsel on legal issues
Monitor regulatory developments and advise on risk mitigation
Lead internal legal processes and develop compliance frameworks

Requirements

4–5+ years of legal experience in ad tech or tech product companies
Understanding of digital advertising and data privacy laws
Experience in drafting and negotiating complex contracts
Ability to manage cross-border legal matters
Strong organizational and communication skills
Law degree and admission to practice in a relevant jurisdiction
