  • Requires 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
  • Must be highly motivated and capable of achieving hiring targets.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in the Financial Sector.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
  • Ability to build rapport via phone communication.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment.
