UX/AI Designer I - Remote

Overview

The UX/AI Designer I will help Saviynt define a pleasant and user centric customer experience, including creating rich AI conversational experiences. This role is focused on designing UX/UI for Saviynt’s SAAS platform experience.

In Short

• Cultivate a holistic understanding of Saviynt’s business and SAAS platform.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final pixel perfect deliverables.
• Collaborate with UX Researchers, Designers, Product Managers, and Engineers.
• Manage project pipeline to execute designs in time with the software roadmap.
• Contribute to the construction of Saviynt’s evolving pattern library.
• Provide prototypes to describe interactions and enhance UI.
• QA work post UI development for visual and interactive perfection.
• Maintain design systems and libraries for visual consistency.
• Produce user-centric designs by creating user journey maps and developing personas.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
• 2+ years experience in a web-based, product centric company.
• Customer centric digital portfolio representing design process.
• Experience creating wireframes and prototypes with Figma.
• Understand and practice user-centric design principles.
• Excellent communication and organization skills.
• Willing to work with teammates and stakeholders in different time zones.
