Identity Security Practice Manager - Remote

Overview

As an Identity Security Practice Manager at Saviynt, you will serve as the primary technical authority for clients, guiding them through complex identity transformations and ensuring the Saviynt platform enhances their security posture.

In Short

• Serve as the primary technical authority for assigned clients.
• Lead the technical definition and design of identity security solutions.
• Take ownership of the technical execution of Statements of Work (SOWs).
• Conduct regular technical reviews with customers to optimize their environment.
• Monitor support requests to identify recurring technical patterns.
• Partner with account teams to drive expansion and adoption of Saviynt solutions.
• Develop and deliver advanced technical demonstrations and training sessions.
• Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to drive product innovation.
• Assist with operational flow, including resource management and invoicing.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) and/or Identity and Access Management (IAM).
• 5+ years of project leadership experience in identity security projects.
• Exceptional client-facing communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage complex, concurrent projects.
• Expert knowledge of project planning and technical documentation.
• Familiarity with core web technologies and database management.
• Experience with directory services and enterprise HR systems.
• Proficiency in programming languages like Java, .NET, or C++.
• Strong understanding of security principles and IT audit.
