Sr. Backend Engineer - Remote

Overview

The Backend Engineer knows their way around Web applications, and should be able to develop and maintain robust, scalable, and efficient server-side applications using Python and relevant frameworks (e.g., Flask, Django, FastAPI). API Design and Development: Design, implement, and document RESTful ensuring they are intuitive, efficient, and well-documented.

Requirements

• Strong experience working in product teams.
• 4+ years in web app development.
• Database Management with PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
• Data Modeling for efficient storage and retrieval.
• Implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms.
• Implement caching strategies using Redis.
• Design and maintain microservices using Python.
• Optimize database queries for performance.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
• Good understanding of design patterns and software development best practices.
