As a Portfolio & Credit Risk Management Analyst at SAVii, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing data-driven strategies and analytical frameworks to support business growth and risk management in an innovative remote-first environment.

• Implement credit risk policies and acquisition strategies for Salary Lending and new products.
• Design, test, and execute credit strategies and portfolio management frameworks.
• Monitor portfolio performance and key risk indicators (KPIs).
• Conduct data-driven analysis and enhance BI tools.
• Develop advanced Credit Algorithms and predictive models.
• Lead cross-functional projects on risk management and process optimization.
• Utilize Python, SQL, and data segmentation techniques for analysis.
• Design and implement reports and performance measurement dashboards.
• Share actionable, data-backed insights with stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, or Statistics.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in banking, credit risk, or portfolio management.
• Strong financial analysis, underwriting, and risk assessment skills.
• Proficient in Google Workspace or Microsoft Suite.
• Knowledge of Python, SQL, or similar data analysis tools.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Highly detail-oriented and collaborative.
