Overview

The e-Retail Digital Marketing Analyst position involves working directly with a dynamic team of eRetail business analysts based in Lyon, France, as they assist internal business partners in developing e-Retail strategies to achieve Michelin business goals.

In Short

  • Tracks, measures, and analyzes trends of eRetail execution of Michelin tyre products.
  • Understands e-Retail business requirements to map them to distributor relationships.
  • Extrapolates trends and patterns from data analysis.
  • Compiles a narrative of online distributors' e-Retail execution.
  • Forecasts and prepares reports measuring program effectiveness.
  • Designs and builds reports using tools like Power BI and Excel.
  • Participates in scoping and presentation meetings.
  • Acts as a problem solver within the e-Retail Digital Marketing Analysts team.
  • Stays updated with analytics and digital/e-commerce marketing trends.
  • Maintains service to customers during critical periods.

Requirements

  • Good understanding of business processes.
  • Intermediate level of data analysis skills.
  • Proficient in Power BI reporting.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Stakeholder and team management abilities.
  • Project management or Agile experience is a plus.
  • Experience in AI is an added advantage.
  • Ability to identify relevant data sources and maintain databases.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and provide recommendations.
  • Ability to filter and clean data for accuracy.
