Overview

As Head of Fraud & Risk Data Science, you’ll lead the team that transforms raw risk and payments data into real-time decisions that power our platform.

In Short

• Lead end-to-end POCs and POVs with prospective customers.
• Build, optimize, and scale real-time decision systems.
• Hire, coach, and mentor a team of fraud analysts and data scientists.
• Implement experimentation frameworks to validate new strategies.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Commercial teams.
• Present findings and strategies to customers and stakeholders.
• Drive roadmap thinking on new signals and feature builds.

Requirements

• 7+ years in fraud analytics, data science, or machine learning.
• Proven record of reducing fraud losses for consumer/B2B products.
• Strong background in applied ML and anomaly detection.
• Advanced SQL skills and familiarity with modern data infrastructure.
• Executive presence and storytelling ability.
• Experience delivering POC/POV workstreams with measurable outcomes.
