Sr. Manager, Revenue Management - Remote

Overview

The Sr. Manager, Revenue Management, is responsible for developing and leading pricing & margin strategies for all brands across the portfolio with the goal of driving long-term profitable growth.

In Short

• Lead pricing strategies alongside the Finance team.
• Analyze pricing activity and market trends.
• Create and maintain a comprehensive retail gross margin model.
• Partner with Sales and Finance teams for optimal trade strategies.
• Direct the Commercial team for promotional investments.
• Lead Revenue Management reviews and deliver recommendations.
• Drive change in best practices and champion new tools.
• Develop customer sell-in stories with the Commercial team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline; Masters preferred.
• 7-10 years of business experience; 5 years in pricing or revenue management preferred.
• Alcoholic beverage industry experience preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical skills for detailed financial analyses.
• Knowledge of pricing strategies and frameworks a plus.
• Experience leading and developing direct reports.
• Advanced communication skills with ability to influence leaders.
