Engineering Manager (Senior MEP & Commissioning Engineer) - Remote

Overview

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Engineering Manager (Snr MEP & Commissioning Engr) to join our NEOM Green Hydrogen Innovation Centre team! In this role you will oversee the execution of infrastructure and industrial projects at the site level, ensuring construction and engineering activities comply with project specifications, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

In Short

• Manage the scope of engineering work and monitor progress to meet schedule and budget requirements.
• Coordinate with Authorities and Agencies for project approvals.
• Review work produced to ensure compliance with codes and standards.
• Manage client expectations and update progress regularly.
• Liaise with contractors and subcontractors to ensure compliance.
• Conduct site inspections and manage daily activities.
• Proficient in managing client technical interfaces.
• Strong focus on subcontractor relationship management.
• Knowledge of KSA regulations and procedures.
• Good communication skills in both written and spoken forms.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Chemical Engineering.
• Minimum 15+ years of experience in construction supervision.
• Ability to manage project progress against KPIs.
• Good technical knowledge and software proficiency.
• Knowledge in process health, safety, and environment.
• Ability to report progress and manage conflicts effectively.
• Committed to safe and efficient execution of activities.
• Experienced in overseeing contractor activities.
• Good problem-solving and action planning skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills to manage client relations.
