Overview

Parsons KAFD is looking for an amazingly talented Quantity Surveyor to join our team! You will join a professional engineering, construction, and cost management team involved in multiple projects in the King Abdullah Financial District.

In Short

• Manage financial and contractual aspects of projects.
• Prepare minutes for progress meetings.
• Support financial and contractual matters throughout the project.
• Finalize Contractor’s monthly payment certificates.
• Streamline cost and quantity records.
• Advise on measurement procedures and calculations.
• Evaluate unit rates for new work items.
• Lead preparation of variation orders and claims evaluation.
• Ensure completeness of contractual requirements.
• Prepare financial statements for monthly reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• Typically 8+ years of experience.
• Strong knowledge of quantity surveying practices.
• Experience with financial management in construction projects.
• Ability to advise on contractual matters.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial documentation.
• Proficiency in relevant software tools.
