Overview

The People Operations Lead at Sapio Sciences will serve as the operational backbone of the People function, focusing on enhancing processes related to payroll, employee relations, and HR systems.

• Own and maintain employee data accuracy across HRIS.
• Execute payroll processing for a global workforce.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of HR/People Operations experience.
• Hands-on payroll processing experience preferred.
• Experience with HRIS platforms.
• Knowledge of benefits administration and compliance.
• Strong data analysis skills.
