Specialist, Digital & IT Business Partner for Global Research and Development - Remote

In Short

• Initiate projects with internal & external business key stakeholders incl. functions & business executives.
• Manage projects primarily in the areas of Research and Development.
• Perform process analysis and lead system implementation activities.
• Act as the main point of contact for business counterparts on DIT matters.
• Collaborate with other Digital & IT functions to maximize business values.
• Plan, execute, and close Digital & IT projects.
• Ensure GxP compliance and perform necessary system validation activities.
• Coordinate to analyze, design, implement, and test change requests.
• Resolve escalated incidents in collaboration with business/IT functions.
• Be part of the Global Value Stream in DIT, proposing ideas and solutions.

Requirements

• University degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering or related.
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
• 2 to 5 years’ experience in the information technology / systems area.
• Experience in digitalization elements and strategies.
• Experience in project management and external vendor management.
• Track record of managing IT project initiatives in an international environment.
• Basic knowledge of infrastructure and security.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Business-level command of Japanese and English.
• Cultural awareness for working in a global environment.
