Regional Data Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Regional Data Analyst provides essential data support for agency operations in either the Santa Fe or Gallup service region. This role is responsible for assisting with data acquisition, report generation, and preparation of high-quality summaries and visualizations using InSync, Excel, and BI tools. The analyst works closely with the Practice Management Systems team and collaborates with program directors to support ongoing data needs related to reporting, planning, and operational oversight of the Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinics. This position is remote, with occasional travel to Santa Fe.

Requirements

• Experience with EMR data extraction.
• Advanced Excel and Power BI skills.
• Ability to create data visuals for stakeholders.
• Knowledge of healthcare data regulations.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Ability to travel locally for training and meetings.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of database support experience.
• Experience in healthcare or nonprofit organizations is a plus.
