Overview

Panacea Healthcare Solutions (PHS) is searching for a Data Analyst to join our growing organization. The Data Analyst will be responsible for supporting the company’s suite of cloud-based healthcare applications, performing data preparation tasks, and driving process improvements to accelerate implementation timelines.

In Short

  • Serve as the primary client representative for data management.
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of data processes.
  • Communicate data flow to users inside and outside the organization.
  • Engage with clients to troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues.
  • Contribute to the development and optimization of workflows.
  • Manage end-to-end handling of customer data.
  • Use SQL and Power BI for data validation and reporting.
  • Identify and build SSIS ETL processes.
  • Assist in standardizing data practices across the organization.
  • Other tasks as assigned.

Requirements

  • Formal education valued; practical experience preferred.
  • 3–5 years of experience in system analysis and data preparation.
  • Skilled in data querying, analysis, and management.
  • Strong communication skills and client interaction experience.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical thinking skills.
  • Experience with Excel, PowerPivot, and data modeling tools.
  • Knowledge of product testing practices is a valuable asset.
  • Familiarity with AWS is a plus.
