Panacea Healthcare Solutions is seeking a skilled and experienced Auditor/Consultant with managerial experience to oversee and manage their audit team, ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and compliance of all client engagements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Health Information Management or related field.
• Relevant coding credential (CCS, CPC, or CPMA).
• Minimum of 5 years of coding experience.
• Deep understanding of ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS coding systems.
• Comprehensive understanding of coding regulations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
