• Seeking a highly qualified attorney as the second legal hire.
• Provide high-level legal advice and strategic coordination.
• Exposure to corporate governance, contracts, IP, privacy, and legal operations.
• Serve as senior legal counsel and Chief of Staff for the legal function.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts.
• Advise on corporate governance and shareholder processes.
• Coordinate legal operations initiatives with contractors and external counsel.
• Identify legal risks and provide practical solutions.
• Manage multiple projects ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Requirements

• Law degree (J.D. or equivalent) and admission to practice in at least one jurisdiction.
• 7-12+ years of generalist legal experience.
• Exposure to cross-border legal matters.
• Strong project management skills.
• Experience in SaaS or technology sector preferred.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Collaborative, independent, and decisive.
• Highly detailed and process-oriented.
• Strong integrity and ethical standards.
