Requirements

• Bachelors with 10+ years of experience.
• Strong understanding of talent acquisition practices.
• Effective negotiator with a focus on win-win outcomes.
• Ability to manage an average req load of 20.
• Proficient in sourcing candidates through various channels.
• Ability to assess and select talent effectively.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
