Overview

The Senior Staff, SCM Operation is responsible for managing and optimizing the global supply chain for production, logistics, and sales, ensuring efficiency and profitability.

In Short

  • Manage global supply chain operations to enhance efficiency and P&L.
  • Analyze and resolve demand and supply issues for quick decision-making.
  • Develop supply chain strategies for consumer electronics.
  • Create statistical forecast reports on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Maintain documentation and SOPs for demand and supply planning.
  • Lead inventory planning meetings with marketing teams.
  • Monitor SKU levels and recommend inventory rationalization.
  • Communicate forecast and inventory metrics to management.
  • Utilize analytical skills and tools for effective demand planning.
  • Work collaboratively across functions to manage inventory.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Demand Planning or Supply Chain Management.
  • Strong analytical and Excel skills.
  • Knowledge of demand planning processes in the Consumer Goods Industry.
  • Detail-oriented with strong mathematical abilities.
  • Experience with forecasting tools and ERP software like SAP.
  • Good command of English, both spoken and written.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage inventory effectively.
  • Collaborative skills for cross-functional coordination.
  • Experience in managing end-of-life inventory.
