Senior Manager, Corporate Finance and Strategy - Remote

Overview

This role involves leading the Corporate Finance & Strategy function at Samsara, partnering with business leaders to achieve corporate financial goals, and managing budgeting and forecasting processes.

In Short

• Lead annual budgeting and long-term financial forecasts.
• Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial forecasts.
• Own driver-based forecasts for global expenses.
• Create and deliver financial reporting packages to executives.
• Collaborate with financial systems teams on planning tools.
• Serve as a financial partner for People Ops and Recruiting.
• Develop scalable processes for financial visibility and efficiency.
• Provide ad hoc analysis for business decisions.
• Experience in a managerial role and team development.
• Ability to work PST hours.

Requirements

• 8+ years in Finance, Accounting, or Investment Banking.
• 5+ years in Strategic Finance / FP&A.
• Strong accounting knowledge and experience with accounting teams.
• Experience in financial modeling and budgeting.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience managing and developing teams.
• Familiarity with tools like NetSuite and Workday.
• Bachelor's degree required.
