Senior Manager, AI Programs - GTM - Remote

Overview

Samsara is looking for a talented and execution-focused Senior Manager to lead our GTM AI Programs team. In this role, you’ll set the strategy, oversee execution, and manage a team delivering some of Samsara’s most critical AI and automation initiatives.

In Short

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of program managers.
• Define and drive the AI & Automation programs strategy.
• Own execution of high-priority programs across internal productivity tools.
• Partner closely with Data & Analytics, Sales Ops, Enablement, Marketing, Product.
• Develop and maintain program charters and execution roadmaps.
• Track and communicate progress against KPIs.
• Lead change management efforts for strong program rollout.
• Stay connected to developments in GenAI and automation technologies.
• Champion Samsara’s values and operating principles.
• Hire, develop, and lead an inclusive, engaged team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year institution.
• 8+ years of program management or business operations experience.
• 5+ years of people management experience.
• Demonstrated success delivering cross-functional programs.
• Strong organizational, strategic planning, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with AI-related technologies and workflows.
• Comfort operating in a fast-paced, distributed environment.
