Overview

  • Collaborate with the sales team to strategize for success.
  • Perform demonstrations and value assessments for clients.
  • Write proof-of-concept scripts for customer solutions.
  • Support hardware installation and deployment plans.

Requirements

  • BS in Engineering or related field.
  • 3+ years in pre-sales or customer success roles.
  • Strong technical sales acumen.
  • Ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience with hardware/software evaluations.
  • Basic understanding of electronics and networking.
  • Skills in customer value identification.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English.
