  • 3+ years of experience in running successful paid acquisition campaigns.
  • Expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads, with a focus on Meta Ads.
  • Mandatory B2B marketing experience required.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics and GTM.
  • Hands-on approach and proactive mindset for campaign management.
  • Experience in scaling budgets while maintaining performance.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of direct experience in paid acquisition campaigns.
  • Proficiency in Meta Ads and Google Ads.
  • B2B marketing experience is mandatory.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with Google Analytics and GTM.
  • Experience increasing spend and scaling budgets efficiently.
  • Proactive mindset and hands-on campaign management skills.
