Overview

The Procurement Manager is responsible for overseeing the procurement process within the organization, ensuring compliance with policies, and managing supplier relationships to meet business needs.

• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
• Develop product/service specifications in collaboration with business areas.
• Initiate non-complex sourcing processes and obtain competitive costs from suppliers.
• Negotiate costs and delivery schedules with suppliers.
• Monitor delivery status and supplier performance.
• Support preparation and processing of contract documents.
• Track and monitor acquisition contracts using departmental tools.
• Lead calls with suppliers and manage renewal processes.
• Conduct cost analysis for SaaS and consumption-based purchases.
• Collaborate with the AP team and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in purchasing or indirect procurement.
• In-depth understanding of office procurement requirements.
• Extensive knowledge of technology (hardware/software).
