Requirements

• Prior Patient Advocacy Telehealth Experience is Required
• RN license, active and in good standing
• Experience working with Medicare populations, ideally older adults
• Familiarity with SDOH and how they affect patient outcomes
• Clinical judgment balanced with empathy and problem-solving
• Organized, communicative, and able to manage multiple patients and needs
• Tech-savvy—you’re comfortable learning new systems and working remotely
• Action-oriented and energized by building something new
• Based in the U.S.
