In Short

• Define and drive the product vision and roadmap for analytics and personalization initiatives.
• Leverage data-driven insights to develop innovative features that enhance customer engagement and retention.

• Lead agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives, to ensure smooth execution.

• Utilize analytics to inform product strategy, measure success, and continuously optimize user experiences.
• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment on product goals and execution plans.
• Manage product backlogs, prioritize initiatives, and oversee the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of delivering strategic data-driven products.
• Experience in analytics and personalization, with a strong understanding of data-driven decision-making.
• Experience in building consumer-facing digital products.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate complex problems into actionable solutions.
• Demonstrated experience executing product roadmaps and driving collaboration across multiple stakeholders.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, influencing without direct authority.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Experience with agile methodologies and best practices, including managing sprint activities.
• Exceptional communication skills, adept at bridging technical and non-technical stakeholders.
