Account Support Specialist - Remote

Overview

Ryz Labs is looking for an Account Support Specialist to be the main point of contact for Event Organizers, helping to coordinate and execute brand partnership programs.

In Short

• Remote position within Argentina & Uruguay.
• Coordinate with over 10,000 major event and venue properties.
• Ensure the highest level of customer service for partners.
• Become an expert in their business and event sponsorship technology.
• Maintain ongoing communication with customers and organizers.
• Support Account Managers in developing client strategies.
• Coordinate billing activities with finance teams.
• Manage logistics and campaign deliverables.
• Document activities in CRM and provide insights.
• Proactively troubleshoot and resolve issues.

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in customer success or account management.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Experience in the events industry is a plus.
• Experience with Asana or other project management tools is a bonus.
