RYNO is seeking a Senior Paid Media Strategist to join our team! This position will strategize, implement, optimize, and monitor effective paid media campaigns to ensure we're exceeding our clients' goals and expectations. You'll have the passion and drive to analyze data and develop solutions to improve campaign results. You will be a subject matter expert, strategic, detail-oriented, and data-driven.

In Short

• Create, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns for clients across a variety of industries on Google, Bing, Meta, and other ad networks.
• Monitor the pacing of paid media campaigns to ensure no under or over-delivery.
• Analyze paid campaign performance to develop and implement strategies to continually improve performance.
• Track and report performance metrics of paid marketing campaigns.
• Effectively communicate campaign results and any strategy changes to stakeholders.
• Conduct and communicate competitive client research.
• Provide recommendations on landing page optimizations.
• Stay current on paid media best practices and tools.
• Collaborate with Paid Media Operations team on new accounts and campaigns.
• Mentor junior members of the team.
