In Short

• Manage a team of 5 people.
• Oversee team activities with a focus on continuous improvement and quality assurance.
• Control and validate annual account projects in compliance with accounting regulations.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to manage priorities and urgent requests.
• Promote and implement digital tools and processes for clients to automate accounting tasks.

Requirements

• Higher education degree in Business School / Master 2 or Engineering with a specialization in Management/Finance.
• At least 3 years of successful experience in a firm, ideally with some management experience.
• Ability to coordinate an accounting team with a focus on continuous improvement.
