In Short

  • Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound phone calls.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of all company products and services.
  • Field incoming phone calls and respond to messages.
  • Respond to customer questions via email or website.
  • Help resolve shipping issues with professionalism.
  • Assist users with uploading pictures or completing orders.
  • Document important customer information.
  • Collect and record customer feedback.
  • Generate interest in new products or services.
  • Attend required customer service meetings.

Requirements

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to work Tuesdays through Saturdays or Sundays through Thursdays.
  • Call Center experience a plus.
  • Automotive, logistics, or transportation experience a plus.
  • Understanding of performance-based metrics.
  • Aptitude for technical troubleshooting.
  • Positive, service-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines.
