Sr. Product Analytics Manager - Remote

Overview

This role will be the analytical engine behind data-driven decision-making in Rula’s Partnership Product area. As an individual contributor, you will partner with senior leaders across Product, as well as teams in Data Science, Data Engineering, Partnerships, Finance, and Operations, to take ownership of generating insights and recommendations that shape strategy for product roadmap using data.

• 7+ years of related professional experience in analytics or data science role, with 2+ years of experience focusing on product analytics.
• Deep understanding of product analytics metrics and proficiency translating metrics into actionable insights.
• Strong experience working directly on A/B testing, including experiment design, deployment, and results interpretation.
• Advanced technical expertise with modern data stacks and data visualization tools.
• Demonstrated ability to work with non-technical cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience within a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
• Prior experience in healthcare industry is a plus.
• Ability to connect analytics insights to business strategy.
• Advanced proficiency with Python/R for analytics/scripting.
