Sr. Engineering Manager - Developer Experience - Remote

Overview

We’re hiring a Sr. Engineering Manager, Developer Experience (DevEx) to lead our efforts in building a world-class developer experience at Rula. In this role, you’ll own the strategy, frameworks, and tooling that power efficient software delivery—from CI/CD pipelines and non-production environments to our internal Developer Portal.

Requirements

• 5+ years of people management experience.
• 3+ years leading Developer Experience or Platform teams.
• 5+ years working with major cloud providers like AWS.
• Experience with Kubernetes and Terraform.
• Cross-functional collaboration experience in distributed organizations.
• Experience tracking and delivering on DevEx KPIs.
