Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or relevant field.
• 10+ years of professional engineering experience.
• 7 years of individual contributor work experience.
• 3 years of hands-on people management experience.
• Strong leadership and performance management skills.
• Project management experience with fixed deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience with MarTech platforms and toolkits.
• Experience integrating data sources into platforms.
• Experience with Content Management Systems.
