Overview

The Director of Cloud & Platform Engineering will lead and scale teams to promote a DevOps culture and enhance developer experiences, ensuring reliability and security in cloud infrastructure.

• Lead and scale SRE and Core Platform Services teams.

Requirements

• 15+ years in software engineering, 10+ in leadership roles.
• 10+ years leading DevOps/SRE teams in SaaS environments.
• 8+ years working with AWS cloud providers.
• Experience managing managers.
• Building and scaling cloud-native tooling and frameworks.
• Leading teams to build internal tools and SDKs.
• Project management across various stakeholders.
• Cloud cost management experience.
• Driving a DevOps culture and practices.
• Ownership of cloud architecture and management.
